Greeting cards ship in a stiff cardboard mailer by regular lettermail. This is Canada Post's least expensive shipping option, but is not guaranteed. For guaranteed (and therefore refundable if lost or damaged) rates, please convo us with the items you'd like to order and we'll get right back to you with details.
If an item is returned due to our error, we will reship at no charge. If the error is on your part, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. All items shipped with guaranteed mail service are fully insured.
